I had been waiting months for this phone to come out, so when it was released, you know I was first in line, literally.
The Verizon store around my way opened up at 8am, I got up at 6:45 and was at the store at 7.
The phone sold out in that store at 8:20. I'm glad I got there early or I would have been sick!! I have been on that thing all day too. It will definitely give me something to pre-occupy my time with this weekend.
I'm loving it so far too! McLean, you gotta catch up man......

LOL I thought I was the only one that stood in line this morning for that phone. In my area it wasn't too bad. I got in line at 7am and it seemed like 100 people showed up after that. I was late like hell for work this morning, but it was worth it lol. I like it so far, still getting used to texting w/the click screen.
I was going to buy it online, but I wouldn't get it until Monday, I couldn't wait that long.
I had an upgrade waiting to be used so I only paid $150 and I still get my $50 rebate YAYY!!

Okay, D.O. I'm curious about this phone. I'm reading online reviews, but I hope you write a follow-up blog about what you think. The good AND the bad. I'm curious to see how it stacks up against my insanely awesome iPhone. You can be objective...I obviously am! :)

ok, so how do you work this phone. Why is it hanging up on people when I pick up? For instance, the screen becomes blank and then mutes the conversation, and then it flashes to another caller, and then when I try to get to the regular screen, you know when you are calling, the phone asks me "are you sure you want to exit to home screen?" and then it usually hangs up. I don't think my phone is broke. Is this happening to you or people you know who have the phone? i just think the phone is too smart and attempting to run an application.
