Back Home Again.....But For How Long? LOL

I just returned to Orlando, I had to make an important business trip to the accountant. I received a whole lot of information on how to make my money grow and work for me.

I know I should have been up on this a little earlier, but better late than never right?

I really suggest anyone who receives 1099 tax forms instead of a W-2 to go ahead and get yourself incorporated and open a tax-free money market account. There are some real tax benefits there, you know all of us in that 36% tax bracket need all the help we can get!

That was just my little "D.O.'s Money Management Tip".

I help Mc(Fresh and so C)lean's daughter Alexis ring in her 7th birthday today too, what a cute girl, obviously she gets it from her mom!

The Howard football team once again lost today by one point to NCA&T you all already know how I feel about that.........scared of success.

Anchor's up!!!!

Welcome back to the Sunshine State! I think I saw that you offered tax advice? Um, mojito is preventing me from processing that info right now. I'll be back tomorrow to check it out. Lol.

You and your "scared of success" got a shout-out in my latest blog entry. It just fit so perfectly!

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.

It is not just in some; it is in everyone.

And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

~Nelson Mandela

So then I have to ask myself....WHO AM I, AND WHAT AM I SO AFRAID OF?????

Like you said David - FEAR!!!!

You remember in Coach Strickland's tennis class freshman year how when you and I played doubles I always cost us the match (my bad)??? I was afraid of winning...Thanks for the words of encouragement. Keep doing what you do.

Wow, you are actually home for a little while. Will this set a D.O. world record for length of consecutive days and time in the "City Beautiful", O-Town, for 2008 or will you get those ants in your pants and the itch to hit the road again on your David Oliver Adventures? I love to joke around with you and have fun with my comments. I hope you always enjoy my comical side and get a good laugh. You know by now that I love to be sarcastic and make people laugh. My parents are in town now and I was so exhausted moving all my stuff from the living room and their bedroom into my bedroom. It is now stuff on top of stuff in my bedroom. Now that they are here, I get to go out to eat a lot more than I normally would go out to eat. We were at a great buffet in Plant City yesterday, and I thought about you and was saying to myself that I wish D. O. was here with us eating all this food. I bet I could outeat you at a buffet. You and I need to go to a buffet someday and eat all that glorious food together and have an eat-off contest. I am always thinking about you because you are such a BIG reason why I keep going in this world and your blogs and pictures and videos always find a way to keep me feeling good and happy when I need it most. You even make tax forms sound exciting to me. Now that is simply incredible my friend. You are definately one the best things that has ever happened to my life! I really DO look forward to what awesome or funny comments you have for us all because after all you are Mr. Wonderful in every possible way and a fine young man of success on and off the track field!!!! Let's get this party started King David!!!! LOL
