Time To Ride Out Again

I'm on my way back to the Mecca, Howard University, for the 2008 Homecoming festivities. I haven't been back since 2005 and I'm really looking forward to the activities this year. Howard Homecoming is easily the greatest event on the planet, period! My good friend Lance and I are going to be hosting and participating in a lot of events this year, we are also Grand Marshals of the Homecoming Parade, that's a pretty big honor. I can't wait to get up there, it will be a fun filled weekend I'm sure of it. I will keep you posted.

Have fun at all the Howard Homecoming Festivities. I am sure you and Lance will be the big men on campus this weekend. I wish I could be a fly on the wall and a fly on the Grand Marshal float for all this fun. I will be looking forward to all the exciting stories and hopefully some wonderful pictures from your awesome weekend. I will be thinking about you and all your Howard Homecoming adventures all weekend. Take care Mr. Wonderful King David.

I've heard great things about Howard's legendary homecoming. I wish I had taken advantage when I lived in driving distance!! I'll have to go one year. Have fun - can't wait to read about the festivities!

Actually do
The results you achieve are not based on what you plan to do or what you say you'll do. Your results come from what you actually do.
The rationalizations and excuses you make will not add any value or quality to your life. Your actions are what truly make a difference.

To get where you wish to go requires more than just talking about it. To get where you wish to go requires focused, sustained effort.

And the great thing is, you're perfectly capable of making whatever effort is necessary. You must simply choose to actually do it.

No one can reach real fulfillment on your behalf. The life you experience is the life you create for yourself.

There are so many possibilities to choose from, and so many opportunities to make life great through the actions you take. Now is the moment to actually do it.

Great Pics...Very handsome men! I was at the homecoming, and had a blast as always. Not an HU alum but HU is like my 2nd college home :)

David! You know what's funny I saw you and lance everywhere and never got around to saying hey! =( but I think homecoming is definitely better as an alum, it was good to be back.
