Birmingham Indoor Grand Prix

I'm getting ready to head out later on the morning, on my way to Birmingham, England for what will be my last indoor competition before USA Indoor Championships.

I'm not too sure who all will be there competing in the 60m hurdles, but I know it will be a strong field. I'm looking to go out this weekend and execute much better than I did at Millrose and get the job done.

I hope that the travel will be smooth and uneventful, but that might be asking for a little too much. I'll talk to you later from Birmingham.

D,

Good to see you here Champ.
It was a great UK race, announcers called you one of the best in the world. Stay hungry, the sky is the limit.

David, I look forward to your continued success and a gold medal for Denver this year. You an I have never met, but I have head about you via Harold. My son is Brendan Ames who was the Jr.'s champ last year with a 13.15. He is at Kentucky and not running as fast as he would like and highly frustrated. Any advice to give him? Best time thus far 7.97. I have told him to look to your and your steady progression as pillar of strength. Hopefully he will listen. However, the 110's is his bread and butter and should run better outdoor. Much continued success to you.
