Stop two on the D.O. Post-Olympic Celebration Parade (LOL) is tonight in Lausanne, Switzerland. My race starts at 9:10pm local time (3:10 est). It's going to be another good one too. D.O. versus Robles V. Hopefully I will get a win out of it this time, this guy is on FIRE! We trained together yesterday and had a good time, we both a very knowledgeable when it comes to the 110 hurdle event and we both know exactly what it takes to be great in the event. He told me that he has been training for the 110 hurdles exclusively since he was 15 years old. He's put almost seven years of top notch coaching in the bank. I have almost four years banked. It's always refreshing and interesting to hang out and talk with him. Last year this meet was before World Championships and they put your boy in the "B" race after making the team. Guess I won't run in to that problem at competitions for a long time.
The lanes draw up like this:
1) Maurice Wignall (JAM)
2) Yo-El Brown (USA)
3) Ty Akins (USA)
4) Dayron Robles (CUB)
5) D.O.T.K. (USA)
6) Ryan Wilson (USA)
7) Richard Phillips (JAM)
8) Marcel Van Der Westen (NED)
As I said in an earlier post about me donating my Games uniform to the Olympic Museum, they are going to honor me before the competition and present me with a certificate along with some other memorabilia. I am excited and looking forward to that.
This is the first competition that Brooks will not be in attendance since the race I ran in Berlin. So I am going to be left up to my own devices for this meet, which isn't a bad thing, I pay very detail attention to instruction from Brooks so I will be perfectly fine.
I have no main goal I want to accomplish here as far as technique, I am just going to go out and run as fast as I possibly can.
The possibilities of the thing...

In the men's 110-metre hurdles, Cuban Olympic champion Dayron Robles could be pushed by American Olympic bronze medallist David Oliver.
Just thought I would share this with you this was taken from the sports news article in my country, best of luck to you
